Dual Event at the Indoor Rang
Event 1.
50ft. Rimfire Rifle practice from 9:00 to 11:00 AM
If you have thought about participating in one of the club’s rimfire matches but have not made it out because you didn’t know what to expect, now is your chance to give it a try in a practice setting.
Members are encouraged to come out to the indoor range and practice firing on either the Rimfire Sporter Targets or the USA 50 precision rifle target. Any safe .22 LR rifle is acceptable. Eye and Ear protection is required. Cost for the rifle practice is 5.00

Event 2. Non-Sanctioned, CMP As-Issued 1911 match. Match begins at 11:30
Have you recently acquired one of the CMP’s 1911 pistols currently for sale or have a USGI style 1911 pistol and never shoot it? Here is your chance to dust it off and see what that old war horse is capable of on a bullseye target at 50 ft.
The club will be hosting a non-sanctioned, CMP “as-issued” 1911 pistol match shot on a 50 foot Bullseye pistol target reduced to simulate 25 yards. The course of fire begins with 10 sighting shots followed by 40 shots for record.
Below are the specifics of the match:
Eye and Ear protection is required.
All CMP and club safety rules apply. A dry practice run of a magazine change will be performed prior to the match to ensure shooter safety.
The cost of the match is 10.00
