When you get to the firing line, this is how all of the target carriers look in the UP position.
Place target inserts into the carriers and staple or tape your targets in place.
Shoot at them from the firing line berm or from under the shelter where there are benches.
Admire your work.
Then, when you are finished, clean up behind yourself.
