SIRPC YOUTH MARKSMANSHIP PROGRAM

The Southern Indiana Rifle and Pistol Club Youth Marksmanship Program is dedicated to educating youth regarding gun safety, marksmanship training and shooting sports competitions. Each participant will receive direct instruction from coaches Jamie McKown, Mike Smith and Ted Malone. This program is open to all youths from 12 -18 years of age.

Safety is the primary focus for all shooters and skill development is the focus of our practice sessions. Participants will learn:

  • The Safe Handling of Firearms

  • Marksmanship Basics

  • Competition Fundamentals

  • Sportsmanship

Shooting Disciplines

  • Sporter and Precision Air Rifle

  • Air Pistol

  • Smallbore

  • CMP Rimfire Sporter

  • CMP Games Matches
